This equipment produce a high low voltage supply for powering various types of flexible heating elements. It can also serve with connection of heating elements with 60V,120V,180V or 220 – 240V.
It consists of an efficient cooling system with exhaust fan and single phase regulator module come with non-contactorised for output 6 channel control zones.The output channels are controlled by means of 6 individual regulator module and temperature controllers.
Each channel has its own auto / manual switch and voltage/amp meter display shown for easy viewing operating .
The advantage of this equipment produce a stabilize current output to control the heating elements with precision temperature. In addition to the heat treatment, it’s also can be the voltage supply to other machine tools example ; grinder, motor, and etc.
The Smart Recorder SRF 200 Dot Printing Model accepts DC voltage, thermocouple, resistance temperature detector (RTD), communications and ON/OFF inputs. This 12/24 Dot Printing Model accommodates 180 mm wide charts.
Smart Recorder offers the dual features of functions and operates as a recorder for various equipment and instrumentation.
It also supports relay output, open collector output, external switch inputs, chart illumination lamp and communications as optional functions.
