ECSHeat IN-HOUSE FURNACE FACILITY
The furnace of ECSHeat was designed and built for individual two internal size as below:-
- 10800mm ( L ) x 3600mm ( W ) x 3600mm ( H )
- 2700mm (L ) x 2400mm ( W ) x 1300mm ( H )
Furnace insulation consists of one ( 1 ) layers of 6″ thick 128KG density ceramic fibre roll ,totaling 6″ in thickness.
The furnace hearth will comprise 900mm of sand, contained within a steel angle /channel section enclosure. The overall dimension of the base will permit sealing between the wall insulation and sand base.
Parts can be heat treated at a temperature range up to 2192° F with a temperature uniformity of +/- 40°F during the heating cycle. The PWHT processes ramps up and down within customer heating and cooling rate specifications.
Two (2) – Ratio / Fixed Air Furnace Burners (6 Million BTU each) provide for safe, reliable, efficient and clean heating process using either raw propane vapor or natural gas.
Refractory Dryout
What’s is refractory dryout heat treatment services?
Refractory dryout is the controlled process of applying heat to a refractory lining to remove water from the lining system without causing damage to the refractory materials. ECSHEAT will be provide heat treatment services required as per dryout schedules with different equipment configurations and techniques of gas firing division to using ECSHEAT high velocity burner system or electrical resistance element that have been utilized in operating plants to allow for better dryout temperature control in order to reduce damage to the refractory lining system.

Normalising
What’s normalising services?
Normalising is a heat treatment process that is used to make a metal more ductile and tough after it has been subjected to thermal or mechanical hardening processes. Normalising involves heating a material to an elevated temperature and then allowing it to cool back to room temperature by exposing it to room temperature air after it is heated. This heating and slow cooling alters the microstructure of the metal which in turn reduces its hardness and increases its ductility. ECSHEAT will supply normalising service depending schedule requirement by client’s with fast cooling method in furnace ECSHeat.
